Nissan Qashqai Madrid Street Competition
May 16, 2007 MADRID, Spain (derailedonline.com) - Third stop on the Nissan Qashqai Urban Challenges takes place this weekend in Madrid, Spain. The place is Calle de Rafael Salgado in the shadow of the Picasso building.
Giant rider Jeff Lenosky was called in to help design the course. This street course is to make use of the actual street environment with little use of constructed obstacles and zero use of dirt. Jeff has said there will be no dirt used at all. This course should be very interesting to see as most "street" courses use very little of the natural street obstacles.
