4th Annual BikeToberJam -
HEREFORD, Maryland (derailedonline.com) - BikeToberJam at the Hereford Fall Wine Festival is scheduled for October 17-18, 2009. Now in it's fourth year the BikeToberJam has become an excellent event that includes Mountain Bike and BMX Dual racing, Mini-Motocross, and exhibition Freestyle MX.
BikeToberJam Events Include:
Mountain Bike and BMX Dual Racing -“Y” Format (Sat.)
Mini-Motocross racing and Exhibition Freestyle Motocross (Sun.)
Awards ceremony, 50/50 Raffle and after-party both days!
Other activities at the festival include:
Live music, Wine Tasting, Arts and crafts, Kiddy play-zone, Local Food and beverage vendors, Monster truck rides, Hay wagon tours, and Lots of Family FUN!!!…All entries include free entry to the festival for the whole posse.

Follow Interstate 83 (Baltimore/Harrisburg Exp.) to Maryland exit #27 – Mt. Caramel Rd. Follow Mt. Caramel Rd. approx. 200 +/- yards east (left from the south-bound ramp / right from north-bound ramp) Entrance will be on the left, across from the PNC Bank….You cant miss it!

Saturday
Oct. 17, 2008 10:00am. Gates Open! Registration and practice open for
The Bicycle Dual Race. Cost: $25
12:00 pm. Registration closes for the Dual Races.
12:45 pm. Mandatory Rider meeting @ Dual start.
1:00 pm. Dual Qualifiers, each rider will complete
one timed run to create seeding order. ALL riders will qualify.
3:00 pm. Dual track closed for practice.
3:30 pm. Dual Finals. Head to head single elimination.
6:00 pm. Awards Ceremony and after-party.
Sunday
Oct. 18, 2008 10:00am. Gates Open! Registration and practice open for Mini-
Motocross. Four-stroke only for anything over 65cc, two stroke allowed if under 65cc. Maximum of 150cc. No exceptions. Cost: $25
11:30am. Registration closes for Mini-Motocross.
12:00 pm. Practice sessions close. Each class will have separate
sessions – TBD at the event.
12:15 pm Mandatory Rider meeting @ start.
12:30 pm. Heat #1 of Mini-Motocross.
2:00 pm Freestyle exhibition.
3:00 pm. Heat #2 of Mini-Motocross, Award Ceremony to follow.
All events are rain or shine, schedule is subject change.
