Plattekill ProGRT/KHS Series Opener
ROXBURY, New York (derailedonline.com) - Big weekend of racing coming up at Plattekill. The first eastern US stop of the USA Cycling ProGRT tour comes to Plattekill May 20-24, 2010. The weekend is also the opening race of their KHS downhill series of 2010. Lastly, it is the first race of the Eastern States Cup series for 2010.
Plattekill will be open for five full days of riding and racing running two lifts to accommodate riders. Along with the riding there will be a live band, bbq, pasta dinners, movie premieres and more! Pre-register to save money on fees.
This event offers UCI qualifying points and is a Jr. Worlds Qualifier for the USA Worlds Team. The prize list for the weekend is extensive with bikes, prizes, and cash being awarded to winners of the weekend.
