Gravity East # 7 – The Whiteface 5K Downhill
The Gravity East Series rolls onto Olympic territory to the most challenging and longest course of the 2010 season, the 5K downhill at Whiteface Mountain, Wilmington, New York.

With just two races left in the Gravity East season the point series in all categories is starting to really heat up as rider’s battle for the top spot.
Whiteface Mountain and the area village of Lake Placid were the hosts to the 1932 & 1980 Winter Olympics and the famous “Miracle on Ice”. On September 11th & 12th Whiteface Mountain Bike Park will be hosting in unison the Gravity East Race # 7 , the Pro GRT Finals and the Eastern Collegiate Cycling Conference Race for the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Whiteface Mountain Bike Park is offering 9 facilities for Ride n’ Stay Packages that start at $ 59.00. For each night you stay you gain a one day access lift ticket. Vouchers for lift ticket access will be supplied by participating motels.
